A Perry man was arrested and jailed following two separate shoplifting incidents that occurred at Walmart in the Town of Warsaw.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart following a larceny of computer software on October 30, 2017. While investigating the complaint, it was determined that the suspected person was the same individual that had stolen a cell phone in September of 2017. The suspect was known to law enforcement and was identified as Andrew Z. Perdock, 30, of Perry.
Deputy Chase along with Perry P.D., Officer Greg Smith and Wyoming County Probation responded to Perdock’s residence. Wyoming County Probation was asked to assist due to Perdock currently being on probation for multiple petit larceny arrests earlier in the year in the Village of Perry.
He was arrested and charged with two counts of petit larceny and arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court. Perdock was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
He also violated his probation.
Perdock will answer the charges in Warsaw Town Court on December 4, 2017.
