GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Hamlin man charged with DWI during traffic stop

Shaun M. Brennan, 23, of Brookedge Dr., Hamlin, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic violations in the Village of Bergen on November 6, 2017.

While at the jail, Brennan refused to submit to a chemical test.

He was arraigned in the Town of Bergen Court and his driver’s license was then temporarily suspended.

Brennan was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bergen Court on December 13, 2017 at 5:00p.m.

 

 

Lamar I. Randall, 32, of Walnut Pl., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, obstructed license plate and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on November 6, 2017.

Randall was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on his own recognizance.

He is due back in court on November 14, 2017.

 

 

Jeremy J. Schraufstetter, 40, of Leroy St., Cheektowaga, is charged with felony DWI and felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more after a traffic stop on Broadway road in Darien on October 28, 2017.

Schraufstetter’s front plate was obstructed and he was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition.

He will appear in Darien Town Court on November 21, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.
