June E. Ellis, 70, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly being involved in an altercation with another person in the Tops Parking lot on West Main street on November 2, 2017.
Ellis was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 14, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. to answer the charge.
Eric J. McGill, 34, of Lewis Place, Batavia, and a 17 year old, of Batavia, were each charged with harassment 2nd after a disturbance on Lewis Place on November 6, 2017.
Both were issued appearance tickets and both will appear in City Court on November 14, 2017.
Sean M. Haugh, 20, of Covington St., Perry, is charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance at UMMC at 127 North street on November 5, 2017.

Katty L. Jackson, 21, of Dewey Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following a disturbance at a residence on Central avenue on November 2, 2017.
Jackson allegedly violated a court order of protection.

Jessica M. Pfenninger, 35, of Creek Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from a store at 419 West Main street on November 3, 2017.
Pfenninger was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 14, 2017.
Christina A. Cotter, 26, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after sending text messages to a protected person in a valid stay away order of protection.
The incident occurred on October 28, 2017.
Cotter appeared in City Court on November 7, 2017.
