GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Oakfield man facing assault, imprisonment and strangulation charges

Michael A. Shetler, 27, of Judge Rd., Oakfield, is charged with two counts of strangulation, five counts of criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation, two counts of assault 3rd, one count of unlawful imprisonment 2nd, two counts of, criminal mischief 4th and endangering the welfare of a child after several domestic incidents that occurred in the Village of Oakfield on Main street on November 4, 2017.

Shelter was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and held on $5,000 bail.

He will re-appear in Oakfield Town Court on November 16, 2017 at 4:00p.m.

 

 

Jason W. Wolf, 41, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with felony DWI, driving with a BAC greater than .08 % or more(prior conviction within 10 years), aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, using vehicle without an interlock device and improper left turn after a traffic stop on West Main street on November 9, 2017.

After a brief investigation, it is alleged that Wolf was intoxicated and he was also allegedly operating the motor vehicle with a revoked license and without an interlock device.

He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.

 

 

Nicole L Williams, 25, of Kings St., Albion, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and driving to the left of pavement markings after a traffic stop in Elba on Quaker Hill road on November 12, 2017 at 2:45a.m.

Williams was processed at the Genesee County Jail and issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Elba Court on December 27, 2017.

 

Amy R. Sellhorst, 31, of Beaufort St., Rochester, is charged with harassment 2nd  after allegedly striking another person on York road in LeRoy on November 10, 2017.

Sellhorst was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on December 18, 2017 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Jaclyn K. Blackmer, 32, of Cabot Rd., Rochester, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving left of pavement markings, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to notify DMV of address change after a traffic stop on Rt. 5 in Pembroke on November 11, 2017.

Blackmer was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on January 11, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
