Eric M. Donohue, 29, of Swan St., Batavia, is charged with forgery 2nd and identity theft 3rd following an investigation into an incident where he allegedly used a fraudulently obtained credit card to purchase items.
Donohue also signed the name of the person on the credit card.
The incident occurred in May of 2017 on Lewiston road.
Donohue was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.
He re-appeared in court yesterday.
Armando M. Teruel, 33, of Black Spruce Ct., Amherst, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd after a domestic incident on October 29, 2017 on S. Main street.
Teruel was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court later today.
