Arsenio Youngs, 27, of Medina, NY, is charged with criminal sex act 2nd, a class D felony, in an incident in the Town of Perry that was reported November 1, 2017 at 10:01a.m. and he was also charged with criminal sex act 2nd in the City of Batavia at 4:14 p.m. the same day.
The victim was disabled in both incidents.
Youngs was arrested on November 16, 2017 and was released on his own recognizance.
Isvan O Castro, 32, of Miami, Fla., is charged with conspiracy 5th, petit larceny and forgery 2nd of a deed/will /contract after an incident on November 1, 2017 in the Town of Albion.
Castro was arrested in the Town of Albion on Rt31 on November 17, 2017.
Latasha D. Crutcher, 31, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with introducing contraband in a prison 2nd, introducing contraband in prison 1st(2 counts), criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd/narcotic drug with intent to sell, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a weapon 4th in the Town of Attica at 639 Exchange street on November 16, 2017.
She was ordered held.
Christina A McMurray, 36, of Ridgeway, is charged with assault 3rd with intent to cause physical injury, criminal contempt 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident in Ridgeway on November 16, 2017.
McMurray is being held on bail/bond.
Amanda M. Volkman, 32, of Caswell road, Byron, is charged with assault 3rd with intent to cause physical injury, obstruction of governmental administration 2nd and resisting arrest in an incident on November 18, 2017.
She was held.
Kalim Zelakiewicz, 24, of Grand Island, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th/credit card, after an incident in the Town of Pembroke on May 26, 2017.
She was arrested on November 13, 2017 and issued an appearance ticket.
Dexter L. Turner, 26, of Hamlin, NY, is charged with criminal impersonation 2nd on November 15, 2017 in the Town of Albion. Turner was released on cash bail.
Laurie A Derck, 46, of Medina, NY, is charged with failure to keep right on a two lane road, moving from a lane unsafely, speeding in a zone, felony DWI, previous conviction in 10 years, and felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more after a traffic stop on Lyndonville road in the the Town of Yates on November 18, 2017.
Derck was issued an appearance ticket.
Christina M. Sarratori, 30, of N. Chili, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd, after an incident on November 19, 2017 at Batavia Down at 1:55a.m.
Bradley T. Strablow, 33, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs 1st after a traffic stop on Rt. 20A in the Town of Sheldon on November 18, 2017.
He was issued an appearance ticket.
Arsenio Youngs has passed away since 2018.
He was mentally ill and only 28 years old physically but 10 years old mentally. I feel you should have not only contacted the family before posting this but also do your research on mental illness.
He was a wonderful, caring and loving guy. Everyday he is missed by his siblings.
We love you and we know your looking down on us all. It’s disgraceful. What about the negligence of his group home?
