BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Geneva man charged in domestic incident

John J.Caez-Gonzalez, 30, of Exchange St., Geneva, NY, is charged with  criminal contempt 1st, aggravated family offense and burglary 2nd after a domestic incident where he allegedly had contact with several persons that were protected by an order of protection issued by Batavia City Court.

The incident occurred on State street on November 14, 2017.

Caez-Gonzalez was arraigned in City Court on November 15, 2017 and held on $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond bail.

On November 15, 2017, Caez-Gonzalez was also charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he contacted a protected party by phone while incarcerated at the Genesee County Jail.

He was arraigned on November 16, 2017 and was held on $5,000 cash and $10,000 bond bail.

Caez-Gonzalez will return to court on November 22, 2017 at 11:00a.m.

 

 

Anna R. McCue, 30, of Norris Ave., Batavia, is charged with moving from a lane unsafely and DWI after a motor vehicle accident on Bank street on November 10, 2017.

McCue was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 30, 2018.

The investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be pending.
