Tyler L. Walls, 21, of Viking Way, Brockport, is charged with menacing 2nd after allegedly threatening another motorist during a road rage incident at 7038 Warboys road in Bergen on November 19, 2017.
Walls was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on December 6, 2017 at 5:00p.m.
Anson T. Arenas, 43, of Lexington Pky., Rochester, NY, is charged with DWAI/drugs, driving to the left of pavement markings , operating a motor vehicle without valid inspection, no/insufficient tail lamps and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway after a traffic stop in the Village of Bergen on Townline road on November 18, 2017.
Arenas was processed at the Genesee County Jail with the assistance of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office drug Recognition Expert.
Arenas was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on January 17, 2018.
Daun E. Monachino, 58, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, improper left turn, improper right turn, and no left side mirror after a traffic offense complaint on November 19, 2017.
Monachino was stopped for vehicle and traffic violations on Richmond avenue about 5:34p.m.
Monachino was released on appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on December 20, 2017 at 9:00a.m.
Jenna L. Hernandez, 21, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or higher, speeding in a zone(60/45), driving to the left of pavement markings and drivers view obstructed after a traffic stop on Wortendyke road in the Town of Batavia on November 18, 2017.
Hernandez was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 8, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Shawn W. Cross, 46, of Craigie St., LeRoy, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more after a one vehicle accident involving a deer on Perry road in the Town of Pavilion on November 17, 2017.
Cross was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on January 9, 2018 at 3:00p.m.
