Kenneth W Wilson Jr., 30 of Burke Hill Rd., Perry, is charge with DWI, speed not reasonable and prudent, un-inspected motor vehicle, moving from a lane unsafely and leaving the scene of a property damage accident after a one vehicle rollover on Rt. 63 near Fargo road in Bethany about 1:24 a.m. November 22, 2017.
Wilson was transported to Strong Hospital by ambulance and was released on appearance tickets.
He will appear in Bethany Town Court on January 9, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
Two Newark, New Jersey men are each charged with petit larceny after a shoplifting complaint at Wal-mart on November 15, 2017.
Scott J. Gunkel, 38, and Kenneth C Niles, 26, allegedly stole merchandise from the store and where issued appearance tickets and released.
Both Gunkel and Niles will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 4, 2017 at 1:00p.m.
