Scott Davis, 25, of Perry was arrested on December 17, 2017 at 2:30 a.m. after an investigation of a burglary in progress.
Davis allegedly entered a neighbor’s backyard and broke a window in an attempt to gain access to the residence.
He is charged with criminal mischief 4th and criminal trespass 3rd in the incident.
Davis was processed and released on his own recognizance with a return court date of January 9, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
