GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Batavia man facing felony drug charges

Lamar I. Randall, AKA “L-Boog”, 32, of Walnut Place, Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after Randall allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two occasions in the past four months in and around the City of Batavia.

Randall was arrested while walking down the street on Washington avenue in the City of Batavia on Tuesday afternoon.

He was arraigned in Genesee County Court and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.

 

Olivia M. Lyons, 24, of Sokol Dr., Attica, is charged with petit larceny after stealing merchandise from the Oakfield Dollar General at 111 N. Main street on December 9, 2017.

Lyons will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on January 15, 2018.

 

Denise M. Busiere, 32, of Townline Rd., Byron, is charged with DWAI/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, failure to stop at a stop sign and operating a motor vehicle with an obstructed view after a traffic stop on Rt.19 in Bergen after the observation of a vehicle traffic violation on December 18, 2017.

Busiere was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets.

She will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on January 10, 2018.
