Holli Hartman, 35, of Pike, was traveling west on East Koy Road in the Town of Genesee Falls when she drove off the north side of the road and became stuck in the snow on January 1, 2018.
Deputy Previty investigated the matter and Hartman was found to be intoxicated and driving with a suspended license.
Hartman was arrested for DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and moving from a lane unsafely. Hartman is to appear in the Town of Genesee Falls Court on February 14, 2018 to answer her charges.
