Charles “Gusto” Williams was arrested today on 2 warrants – 1 bench warrant for failing to appear for sentencing on a Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree charge and 1 arrest warrant for Criminal Contempt in the First Degree.
Williams was located and taken into custody, without incident, at a residence on Ross Street.
Batavia Police learned of Williams whereabouts from a citizen tip. Williams was transported to the Genesee County Jail where he will be held until his arraignment tomorrow (01/04/2018).
