GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Darien man accused of spitting in persons face in domestic incident

Brian G.Keller, 22, of Sumner Rd., Darien, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and harassment 2nd following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Darien on January 2, 2018 on Sumner road.

Keller allegedly spit in the face of another person while a refrain from order of protection was in place, which violated a direct mandate from the City of Batavia Court.

Keller was arraigned in the Town of Darien Court and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash bail and $15,000 bond.

 

Christopher Patino, 23, of Eagan Blvd., Henrietta, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana and following too closely after an investigation into a two car accident on Rt.77 in Pembroke on January 5, 2018.

Patino was allegedly operating his vehicle while intoxicated and allegedly had a BAC at or above .18%.

He was also allegedly following another vehicle too closely and struck the vehicle.

Patino was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on February 13, 2018 at 4:30p.m.

 

 

Allea B. Devos, 30, of Prospect St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, failure to dim headlights and refusal to take a breath test after a traffic stop on Ellicott street on December 31, 2017.

Devos was arraigned in City Court on January 1, 2018 and released on recognizance.

 

 

Joseph M. Smith, 41, of State St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation into a shoplifting complaint at 4180 Veterans Memorial Drive, Dicks Sporting Goods, on December 29, 2017.

Smith was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 25, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

 

 

Kenneth J. Rumble, 28, of Maple Rd., Alabama, is charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument after a search of his residence and investigation by the Genesee County Probation Department.

Rumble was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on January 24, 2018 at 6:00p.m.
