GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Bergen man accused of promoting prison contraband

Brian T. Resch, 30, of Buffalo Rd., Bergen, is charged with promoting prison contraband after an investigation at the Genesee County Jail on January 11, 2018.

Resch allegedly possessed Suboxone while confined in the facility.

He was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 17, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.

 

 

Stephen E. Pike, 21, of Big Tree Rd., Pavilion, is charged with harassment 2nd following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Pavilion on Big Tree road on January 10, 2018.

Pike allegedly grabbed the arm of another person and pushed that person against their wishes.

Pike was arraigned in the Town of Pavilion Court and released on his own recognizance.

He will re-appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on February 6, 2018 at 3:00p.m.

 

 

Jeffery S. Zymowski, 54, of Sandridge Rd., Alden, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, no seat belt and driver’s view obstructed following a traffic stop on Rt. 20 in the Town of Darien on January 9, 2018.

Zymowski was released on an appearance ticket and will return to court on March 13, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
