Raymond EJ Smith Jr., 43, of Lockport Rd., Oakfield, is charged with operating a snowmobile while impaired by alcohol, operating a snowmobile on a street or highway, operating a snowmobile without liability insurance, operation of an unregistered snowmobile, speed not reasonable and prudent and refusal to take a breath test after a single snowmobile crash at 2849 Lockport Road in Oakfield on January 13, 2018 at 10:19p.m.
Smith was allegedly operating a snowmobile while intoxicated.
Smith was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on April 2, 2018 at 6:00p.m.
Katherine M. Wilkinson, 21, of Buffalo St.Rd., Alexander, is charged with falsely reporting an incident on January 13, 2018 following a domestic incident in the Town of Alexander.
Wilkinson allegedly called 9-1-1 saying that a person had hit her across the face.
When police arrived, Wilkinson told police that the alleged event did not happen.
Wilkinson was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on January 23, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
