GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Pratt road man threatens supervisor at Sheriff’s Office

Joseph T. Misiak Jr., 62, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with making a terrorist threat after allegedly calling and leaving a threatening voicemail to a supervisor at the Sheriff’s Office on January 16, 2018.

Misiak Jr. threatened to cause physical harm to the property and to the member of the Sheriff’s Office.

Misiak Jr. was arraigned in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

A temporary order of protection was issued in court.

 

 

Anna M. Howard, 32, of Ivison Rd., Byron, is charged with driving while impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and registration display violation after a report of a female driving erratically in the parking lot of the 7-Eleven in Bergen on Buffalo road on January 14, 2018.

The vehicle was located in the parking lot and Howard was identified as the operator.

Howard was processed at the jail and issued an appearance ticket.

She will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on March 7, 2018.

 

 

Jon N. Roblee, 42, of Swan St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation into a complaint of a larceny at Kohls on Veterans Memorial Drive on January 15, 2018.

Roblee allegedly stole clothing from the store.

He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 13, 2018.
