GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Man jailed after traffic stop, jailed on $25,000/$50,000 bail

Pierre M. Humphrey, 27, of Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd/with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Park road on January 16, 2018.

Humphrey was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on January 17, 2018 and is currently being held in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond at the Genesee County Jail.

He will return to court on February 13, 2018 at 3:00p.m.

 

 

Preston R. Herbet, 21, of Hamlin Dr., Canandaigua, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after the investigation of a vehicle off the roadway on Rt. 20 in the Town of Pavilion on January 17, 2018.

Herbet was issued an appearance ticket and will return to Pavilion Town Court on March 13, 2018 at 3:00p.m.
