GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Rochester man busted for drug possession in the parking lot of a business

Jarvis D. Seymore, aka “D”, 34, of Carthage St., Rochester, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, after an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of cocaine, heroin and fentanyl in and around Batavia.

Seymore was arrested on Wednesday evening by the Genesee County Drug Task Force, who executed a search warrant of Seymore while he was in the parking lot of a business on Park road in the Town of Batavia.

Seymore was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine, a quantity of fentanyl, a quantity of marijuana and a quantity of U.S. currency.

He was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court by Justice Williams and jailed without bail.

 

 

Thomas A. Culver Jr., 39, of Wood St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly loading scrap metal into a van from private property and then later selling the scrap metal.

The incident occurred on October 6, 2017 in Batavia on Alexander road.

Culver was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 5, 2018.

 

 

Anthony M. Quinn, 28, of 67th St., Niagara Falls, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and muffler exhaust system violation after a traffic stop for a traffic infraction on Rt. 77 near Rt. 5 in Pembroke on January 17, 2018.

Quinn was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on February 1, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
