On February 16, 2018, Joshua D. Barber, 24, of Machias N.Y., was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration for insurance lapse following a traffic stop in the Village of Perry.
Barber had a total of fifteen suspensions on his license, with eleven on seven dates. He was arraigned in front of Honorable Judge Miller and remanded to Wyoming County Jail on $2,000.00 cash or $5,000.00 bond with a return court date of March 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
On February 17, 2018, Amanda Comstock, 28, of Perry, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree, following a traffic stop for an expired inspection.
Comstock was issued an appearance ticket to return to Perry Court on March 13, 2018 at 1:00p.m..
