Kleisle, 32, of Hamlin, is charged with criminal mischief 4th, preventing an emergency call, criminal contempt 1st, physical contact, a felony, harassment 2nd,physical contact and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, after a domestic dispute in the Town of Carlton on February 3, 2018. Kleisle was arrested on February 13, 2018 and released on recognizance.
Richard E. Anowski, 44, of Sheldon, is charged with menacing 3rd, unlawful imprisonment 2nd and criminal mischief 4th after a domestic dispute in the Town of Sheldon on February 19, 2018.
Anowski was held on cash bail.
Thomas J. Wolcott, 33, of Batavia, and Ashlee E. Corter, 32, of Kent, NY, are each charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting in the Village of Oakfield on November 7, 2017. Wolcott and Corter were arrested on February 12, 2018. Both were held on $1,000 bail.
Jay P. Markle, 60, of Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding/in excess of 55mph , after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in the Town of Bergen on February 12, 2018.

Brandon C. Morgan, 24, of Pittsford, NY, Samantha R. Smallidge, 23, of Rochester, and Kyle Z. Morgan, 21, of Rochester, are each charged with criminal possession of marijuana/over 16 oz., after a traffic stop in Stafford on Clinton Street Road on February 13, 2018 at 10:10p.m.
Ronald C. Herring, 43, of Centerville, NY, is charged with DWI, after a traffic stop in the Town of Eagle on Wing street on February 17, 2018 at 3:00a.m.
Todd W. Herring, 53, of Fillmore, NY, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana during the same traffic stop on Wing street.
Trevvohn S. Parker, 26, of Albion is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in the Town of Murray on February 18, 2018 at 12;22a.m.

Nancy Erickson, 36, of Barker, NY and Carmona B. Ofelia, 57, of Appleton, NY, are each charged with petit larceny after a shoplifting incident at 13858 Rt. 31 in Albion on February 18, 2018.
Both were issued appearance tickets.
Matthew J. Gaudio, 29, of Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle 3rd and unlawful possession of marijuana, after a traffic stop on Rt. 20 at Rt. 77 in Darien on February 22, 2018 at 10:14 a.m.
