Joseph M. Tornabene, 26, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd/physical contact, after a domestic disturbance on February 23, 2018 at a residence on Dellinger avenue.
Tornabene allegedly struck his wife in the face and left the scene.
Tornabene later turned himself in to the Batavia Police Department and was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance. He will re-appear in City court again today.
Daniel E. Gubnitsky, 23, of Sharon Dr., Greece, NY and Jennifer A. Schreiber, 18, of College Village Apartments, Batavia, are each charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a complaint of a suspicious vehicle parked behind the Veness-Strollo Post/VFW, located at 25 Edwards street on February 22, 2018.
Both were issued appearance tickets and both will appear in City Court on March 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
Madalyn R. Muntz, 32, of Evans St., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant out of City Court after she failed to meet the requirements of her sentencing.
Muntz was processed at the Batavia Police Headquarters and was released after posting bail. She will appear in City Court on March 6, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
