Joseph J. Kuzma, 37, of Byron Holley Rd., Byron, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation into stolen metal from an address on Byron Elba road in Byron on January 11, 2018.
Kuzma allegedly stole $780.00 worth of steel from the residence and sold it for scrap in Monroe County.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Byron Court on March 12, 2018.
