Juaquin E. Davis, 22, of Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing following a domestic incident at 30 Center street on February 23, 2018 at 10:38a.m.
Davis allegedly choked a female acquaintance while she was holding a child less than 17 years old.
Davis was arraigned by Judge Balbick in City Court and jailed on $2,500 bail. He re-appeared in City Court on February 28, 2018.
Derek E. Dingman, 30, of Albion, is charged with harassment 2nd after a disturbance on Prospect avenue in Batavia where Dingman allegedly threatened to shoot another person on March 2, 2018.
Dingman was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $1,000 cash or bond bail.
He is due back in court today.
Eric J. McGill, 34, of Lewis Place, Batavia, is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct after an investigation into an incident that occurred at the Batavia Middle School at 96 Ross street on February 12, 2018.
McGill was allegedly shouting obscenities in the presence of children while in front of the Batavia Middle School.
He was arraigned in City Court and will return to court on March 28, 2018 to answer the charges.
William A. Irish, 25, of Jerome Pl., Batavia, is charged with unlawful imprisonment after a domestic incident on Jerome Place on February 20, 2018.
Irish was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on February 26, 2018.
Twan Conway, 47, of Highland Park, Batavia, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd, aggravated family offense and criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly entering a residence of a protected party in a refrain from order of protection after being advised to stay away and leave.
The incident occurred on February 28, 2018 in Batavia.
Conway was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of no bail.
Conway will return to City Court on March 8, 2018 at 11:00a.m.
Rashawn L. Gosier, 39, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint at Tops, 390 West Main street on March 3, 2018.
Gosier is accused of stealing $44.25 worth of chocolate and nuts from the bulk food aisle.
Gosier was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 6, 2018.
Bailey M. Burns, 18, of Goade Park, Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, uninspected motor vehicle and no registration plates displayed on March 2, 2018 at 99 Jackson street.
The charges stem from an incident where it is alleged that Burns was driving a black sedan with no registration plates affixed or visible on the vehicle.
Police also located an amount of marijuana inside the vehicle he was operating.
A passenger, Melanie Bernard is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Both were issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on March 20, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Rene M. Primus, 43, of N. Byron Rd., Byron, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, inadequate headlights and open container after a traffic stop on Clinton street on February 24, 2018 10:02p.m.
Primus was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 14, 2018.
Thomas A. Bolling, 39, of Mangolia St., Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and no headlights after a traffic stop on East Main street on February 22, 2018 at 10:38p.m.
Bolling will appear in City Court on March 6, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Matthew J. Zane, 34, of Park Rd., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny and trespass after he allegedly stole a beer at Speedway, 204 West Main street, on March 4, 2018.
Zane was previously removed from the property and ordered not to return.
Police located Zane and he was arrested and arraigned in City Court and then jailed.
He will appear in City Court later today.
Shaleesa H. Woods, 26, of Ridge Rd., Elba, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and inadequate headlamps after a traffic stop on Richmond avenue on March 1, 2018.
Woods was released on appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on March 13, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
A 16 year old male, of Prune St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after he violated a stay away order of protection while allegedly being at an event in the city and around a 16 year old who had a stay away order of protection against him.
The teen was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 6, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
