GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Rochester man with driving privileges revoked 10 times charged

Felix Cabrera Lopez, 65, of Emerson St., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and uninspected vehicle after allegedly operating a motor vehicle while having his driving privileges revoked or suspended at least 10 times on at least 10 different dates.

Lopez was arrested on S. Lake avenue in Bergen on March 6, 2018 and was arraigned the Town of Bergen Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

 

 

Danielle R. Tooley, 33, of S. Main St., Batavia, is charged with bail jumping 3rd after failing to appear in City Court on January 24, 2018.

Tooley was arraigned in City Court and released on her own recognizance.

 

 

Anthony J. Calabrese, 53, of Firestone St., Lackawana, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speeding, moving from a lane unsafely, driving to the left of pavement markings and misuse of dealer plates following a traffic stop on Rt. 5 in the Town of Batavia on March 6, 2018 at 4:25a.m.

Calabrese was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 19, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
