Jeremy R. Horne, 27, of Athol, Massachusetts, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 19 in the Town of Warsaw on March 14, 2018. Horne was stopped for a seatbelt infraction, and during the stop it was discovered that his privilege to operate a vehicle in the State of New York had been suspended since 2013 for failure to answer a summons.
Horne was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and no seatbelt. He was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and pleaded guilty to both charges at arraignment and was released.
Julia M. Watkins, 36, of Beaver Dams, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Warsaw on March 17, 2018. Watkins was stopped for having an expired vehicle registration. During the traffic stop, Watkins was found to have a suspended NYS driver’s license for failure to answer a summons.
Watkins was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unregistered motor vehicle, and inadequate stop lamps. Watkins was released from the scene with a valid driver and is scheduled to answer the charges on April 9, 2018 in the Town of Warsaw Court
