Jonathan C. Elleman, 26, of Exchange St., Attica, is charge with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and driver’s view obstructed after a reported erratic driver complaint on March 18, 2018 at 2:41a.m.
Deputies located a vehicle matching the description that was found parked on the side of the road on Sharrick road.
After an investigation, Elleman was arrested.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Darien Town Court on April 10, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
Eric J. Olverd, 45, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and no tail lamp after a traffic stop on Central avenue in Batavia on March 18, 2018 at 12:51a.m.
Deputy Meyer was assisted by Batavia Police and charges are pending for a passenger in the vehicle.
Olverd will appear in City Court on April 11, 2018 at 9:00a.m..
