The Batavia Police Department is investigating an armed robbery which occurred at Arby’s on 03/25/2018 at approximately 11:00 PM.
The suspect entered the business at closing time with what appeared to be a firearm and demanded money from employees.
The suspect then fled the area with the cash.
No one was injured during the incident.
Due to the ongoing investigation, limited information will be released at this time.
Businesses are asked to be vigilant at all times, but especially at closings, for any suspicious persons or activities.
