STAFFORD/Linden Murders author shares his investigative findings with a packed house at Stafford Town Hall

The Linden Murders Solved author, Rob Thompson, presented his investigation into finding the suspect in the Linden Murders that occurred from 1917-1927, to a packed house at the Stafford Town Hall on Wednesday evening.

Thompson has authored 13 books including 4 best sellers, “From Hell The Final Days of Jack the Ripper, The Linden Murders…Solved, Twisted Tree The Final Word on the Linden Murders and This is Mauthausen.

He will release two more books in 2018.

The 105th NY The Story of the LeRoy Regiment and the USS The Sullivans Weekend with George.

Thompson has a Masters Degree in English Literature, is a member of the Sigma Tau Delta the English Literature Honor Society and is a member of the Charles Dickens Fellowship and Ernest Hemingway Society.

A Livingston County native, Thompson spent 12 years working as a mental health case worker in one of America’s largest cities before returning home to WNY where he married his high school crush in 2007. In 2015, they were in Brussels Belgium during a terrorist bombing.

Thompson and his wife now reside in Attica.

The event was the first in a series of events that will be presented by the Stafford Historical Society this year.

On April 25, 2018, at 7:00p.m., Dr. Michael Eula, Genesee County Historian, will present “How to Find My Family History” a free hands on event at Stafford Town Hall.

On May 23, 2018, a visit from Elizabeth Cady Stanton, presented by Professor Melinda Grube, of Cayuga Community College. The event is also at Stafford Town Hall.
