Octavio M. Tardy, 52, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following an incident where Tardy allegedly shoved another person following an argument on Main street on March 25, 2018.
Tardy is due to appear in City Court on April 17, 2018.
Jordan S. Thomas, 19, of Elm St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection by having the protected party at his residence where he stayed for several hours on April 9, 2018.
Thomas was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Thomas appeared in court earlier today.
