Serena L Snyder has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury on the class E felony charge of bail jumping 2nd after she did not appear in County Court on the required date, September 26, 2017. Snyder had been released from custody, either on bail or on her own recognizance, upon the condition that she would appear personally in County Court in connection with a felony charge against her.
Steven Obara has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury on the class A felony charge of DWI after he was found operating a vehicle on Rt. 33 while he was allegedly in an intoxicated condition on October 8, 2017. Obara was convicted of DWI on February 1, 2011 in the Town of Elma Court and the conviction was within 10 years previous to the commission of the crime alleged in the current indictment.
