The Batavia Police Department has arrested Michael J. Piasta Jr.,37, of E Main St., Batavia for an armed robbery which occurred at Arbys in Batavia on March 25, 2018.
Piasta Jr. is charged with robbery 2nd, a class C felony,criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a class D felony and grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony.
He allegedly entered Arby’s with what appeared to be a hand gun and stole over $6,000.00.
Piasta Jr. was arraigned in Batavia City Court before Judge Rodgers and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.
He will re-appear in Batavia City Court on April 16, 2018 at 1:30 PM.
