On April 14, 2018 at 11:44 p.m., James B. Page, 38, of Edgeware Rd. Rochester was arrested and charged with petit larceny after he was allegedly found loading scrap metal from a local business on Clinton street in Stafford into a vehicle that he was in control and possession of at the time.
Page was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on May 15, 2018 at 9:00a.m.
He is also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd and operating a vehicle without an interlock device.
