Joshua G. Bachorski, 35, of S. Spruce St., Batavia, was arrested on a sealed Grand Jury Indictment Warrant on April 20, 2018, after allegedly selling a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force in December of 2017 in the City of Batavia.
Bachorski is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.
He was arraigned in Genesee County Court by Judge Zambito and jailed in lieu of $20,000 cash bail and $40,000 bond bail.
Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office assisted Task Force members with the investigation.
