ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Several facing drug charges

On April 3, Investigator Brett, assisted by Investigators Strickland and Gifaldi, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Karen Natale, 59, of Albion, with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th-Intent to Sell, 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th-Cocaine, Conspiracy 5th, and 2 Counts of Contraband to Prisoners 2nd. She was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Jail on $10,000 cash, $20,000 bond bail and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On April 3, Investigator Brett, assisted by Investigators Strickland and Gifaldi, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Margaret Natale, 81, of Medina, with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th-Intent to Sell, and Conspiracy 5th. She was arraigned in the Town of Ridgeway and was Released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.

On April 4, at the Orleans County Jail, Investigator Brett, assisted by Investigators Strickland and Gifaldi, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Zachary Natale, 24, of Medina, with Conspiracy 5th. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On April 4, Deputy Pahuta of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mary Golding, 53, of Albion, on an Indictment Arrest Warrant. She was arraigned in County Court and was remanded to the Jail without bail. She is scheduled to return to County Court.

On April 4, Deputy Pahuta of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested Miranda Rose, 25, of Lenoir, North Carolina, on a  Indictment Arrest Warrant. She was arraigned by the County Court and was remanded to the Jail without bail. She is scheduled to return to County Court.

On April 5, at the Albion Walmart, Deputy Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Joseph Vasquez, 45, of Albion, with Petit Larceny. He was arraigned at the Town of Albion Court and was remanded to the Jail without bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

On April 9, Deputy Fox, assisted by Deputy Pahuta, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged David Pierleoni, 31, of Rochester, with Obstruction Governmental Administration 2nd and False Personation. He was arraigned by the Town of Yates Court and was remanded to the Jail on $1,000 cash or bond bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.

On April 10, Deputy Stirk, assisted by Deputy Cole of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, and Holley Police Officer Poler, charged Karen Pearson, 56, of Holley, with Reckless Endangerment, Obstruction of Government Administration, Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle 3rd, and several traffic violations. She was arraigned by the Town of Murray Court and remanded to the Jail on $1,000 cash bail. She is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.

On April 1, Deputy Marsceill, assisted by Deputy Hazel, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Thomas Foster III with Driving with BAC of .08% or more, Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and Driving with Vehicle Registration Suspended. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court.
