BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Lyndonville woman jailed after traffic stop

Lynn M. Homer, 45, of Platten Rd., of Lyndonville, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, operating a motor vehicle with vision obstructed and obstructed plate after a traffic stop on West Main street on April 13, 2018.

Homer was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $1,000 cash bail and $2,000 bond bail.

She appeared in court on April 16, 2018.

 

 

Matthew F. Carney, 25, of  Dodgeson Rd., Alexander, is charged with DWI, and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more after a two vehicle accident in the parking lot of 214 East Main street on April 27, 2018.

Carney is schedule to appear in City court on May 9, 2018 at 9:00a.m.

 

 

Samuel McDonald III, 54, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after being caught by an employee at Tops Supermarket, allegedly shoplifting two cans of beer on April 25, 2018.

McDonald III was released and issued an appearance ticket. He will appear in City Court on May 8, 2018.

 

 

Jacob A. Kasmarek, 19, of Fargo Rd., Stafford, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding in a zone after  a traffic stop on East Main street on April 23, 2018. Kasmarek was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 1, 2018.

 

 

Travis L. R. Bartz, 22, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a complaint on Trumbull Parkway on April 22, 2018.

Bartz was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana and was processed and released. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 1, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
