A Lancaster man was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated Saturday April 28, 2018 at 7:50p.m. after he was observed driving the wrong way on Lake Street in the Village of Perry.
Timothy J. Quinn, 48, failed field sobriety testing and was additionally charged with failure to obey a traffic control device and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more.
Quinn was released with appearance tickets and is to return to Perry Court at a later date.
