GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Three charged after traffic stop on Pringle avenue

On Wednesday May 9, 2018, Batavia Police conducted a traffic stop on Pringle avenue. During the stop, Task Force members allegedly found the occupants of the vehicle to be in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine, a quantity of oxycodone, a quantity of marijuana and some drug paraphernalia.

The vehicle’s operator, an 18 year old male, of LeRoy, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was also ticketed for vehicle and traffic violations.

UPDATE: The teen was granted youthful offender status in November of 2019 and sentenced to three years probation. He pleaded guilty to criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd(2 counts) and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd(2 counts)

A passenger, David C. Renteria, 18, of Bernd Rd., Pavilion, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd.

A second passenger, Eric J. Bratcher, 29, of Pringle Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd.

All three subjects were issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court at a later date.

Laura A. Fronczak, 35, of Lake St. Rd., LeRoy, is charged with driving while impaired by drugs, window tint violation and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in Stafford on May 5, 2018.

Following an observation of vehicle and traffic violations, Fronczak was pulled over. After an investigation, it was determined that Fronczak was allegedly operating her vehicle while impaired by drugs.

She was processed at the jail and released on an appearance ticket. Fronczak will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on June 21. 2018.
