BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Woman charged after being accused of stealing from her employer

Christina R. Armstrong, 32, of Main Rd., Pembroke, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation where it was found that Armstrong allegedly had been stealing from her employer at 412 Main street in Batavia on May 10, 2018.

Armstrong was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on May 22, 2018.

 

 

Rae C. Cook, 29, of Central Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th, conspiracy 6th and resisting arrest following an investigation into a reported larceny of items at a residence at 214 East Main street on March 26, 2018.

Cook was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of bail and re-appeared in court on May 15th.

 

 

Tyshon L. Taylor, 21, of Morse Pl., Batavia, is charged with menacing 3rd following an incident at 113 Jackson street on May 15, 2018 where he allegedly made comments towards another person that he was going to kill them.

Taylor then allegedly made a motion to strike the person, but was stopped by another uninvolved party.

Taylor was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash or bond bail.

He will re-appear in court today.

 

 

Sean M. Keem, 37, of Joseph St., Cheektowaga, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and moving from a lane unsafely after several calls for an erratic driver on May 9, 2018.

The vehicle was located on Ross street and a traffic stop was conducted.

Keem was issued uniform traffic tickets and released to appear in City Court on May 30, 2018 at 9:00a.m.

 

 

Booker T. Ricks, 46, of Prune St., Batavia, was arrested on a Municipal Code Violation for dog running at large after Ricks’ dog physically attacked another dog  which was properly leashed. The incident occurred on Prune street on May 14, 2018 at 9:30a.m.

Ricks was issued an appearance ticket and released. He is scheduled to appear in City Court on May 22, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
