Kelly L. Widzinski,, 35, of Reddick Lane, Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th, for property found to be in her possession from an unrelated matter, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and petit larceny after attempting to steal a vacuum from Target on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on June 5, 2018.
Widzinski was also found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
She was jailed in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond
Widzinski is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 26 the at 12:30p.m.
Nicholas P. Garbarini, 36, of E. Main St., Batavia, was arrested and charged with stalking 4th after a lengthy investigation into a series of alleged incidents that took place at Genesee County Mental Health. Garbarini was arraigned and held on bail. A stay away order of protection was also issued.
