Ricky N. Porter, 27, of Gilbert St., LeRoy, was arrested on a City Court warrant charging him with aggravated harassment 2nd after allegedly making threatening statements to another person over the phone on July 28, 2017.
Porter is currently being held in the Genesee County Jail on $2,500 bail/bond and is scheduled to re-appear in court on June 7, 2018 at 11:00a.m.
Jason A. McFollins, 40, of Union St., Batavia, turned himself in on a bench warrant on May 21, 2018 for failing to comply with a court ordered program. McFollins missed a day of the program. He was released on his own recognizance.
