ATTICA/Holland man resists arrest after traffic stop

On June 23, 2018 at approximately 11:30p.m., Officer Prusak performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for an expired inspection on Buffalo street in the Village of Attica.

Through an investigation, Jonathan Rowe, 20, of Holland, NY, was arrested for Driving while ability impaired by drugs, uninspected motor vehicle, drivers view obstructed, no/illegal front windshield, unlawful possession of marihuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest.

Rowe was arraigned in the Village of Attica Court and subsequently released on a pre-trial release condition.

Rowe is to reappear in the Village of Attica Court on July 9, 2018.

The Attica Police were assisted by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office.

Passengers in the vehicle, Casey W. McMaster, 20, and Austin Antonelli-Spahn ,20, both of Holland, NY,  were also charged with unlawful possession of Marijuana after a quantity of suspected marijuana was located in the vehicle.

Both Antonelli-Spahn and McMaster were issued appearance tickets to return to Attica Village Court on August 13, 2018 at 10:00a.m.
