GENESEE COUNTY/Darien Lake/Zac Brown Band Concert arrests

The following people were arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office during the Zac Brown Band Concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on June 24, 2018:

Anna L. Demeter, 20, of 35th Court SW, Vero Beach, FL, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. Demeter was arraigned in Darien Town Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail.

Catherine M. Mulligan, 20, of Everett St., Kensington, MD, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return. Mulligan was arraigned in Darien Town Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail.

The following were issued appearance tickets to appear in Darien Court on July 3, 2018 at 3 P.M.:

Christopher E. Berger, 20, of Farmington Rd., Williamsville, NY, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th after allegedly being found in possession of cocaine.

Noah M. Wheeler, 18, of Bean Hill Rd., Honeoye Falls, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Trespass after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return multiple times.

Ethan S. Kaiser, 20, of Portage Circle, Fairport, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Kelsey L. Fkermedal, 20, of Landmark Dr., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Rachel E. Nanna, 19, of Burbank Dr., Orchard Park, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Julia N. Gaglio, 20, of Ashford Ct., East Amherst, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Miranda R. Lawley, 20, of High Park Blvd., Amherst, NY, arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Joel M. Rudnick, 26, of Mount Hope Blvd., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Lucas F. Zelasko, 20, of Beregford Ct., Williamsville, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Samuel C. Aebli, 22, of Oatsfield Cir., Penfield, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Trespass after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return multiple times.

Olivia I. Flink, 20, of Marlbank Dr., Rochester, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Edmund R. Zimmerman,19 of Helmsford Way, Penfield, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Daniel J. Schultz, 20, of Rockledge Dr., Clarence, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

John B. Collins,19, of Rollin Dr., Boston, NY, was arrested for Trespass after allegedly attempting to enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.

Adam M. B. Sabadasz ,33, of Van Ressealaer St., Buffalo, NY, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4th after allegedly damaging a Darien Lake camp gate.

Alyssa R. Dibiase,  22, of Sharon Ct. Webster, NY,was arrested for DWI and Driving w/.08% or more BAC after allegedly operating a motor vehicle in the parking lot intoxicated.

Camryn R. Vogt 19, of Pine View, Walworth, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd and Criminal Impersonation 2nd after allegedly re-entering the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return and then providing her sister’s name as identification. Additional charges are pending.
