On June 24, 2018 at 4:41 A.M., Troopers out of State Police Batavia arrested Stanley D. Wilson, 58, of Lockport, NY, for driving while intoxicated and crossing road hazard markings.
Troopers were dispatched to Lewiston Road in the Town of Alabama for a report of a vehicle that previously crashed into a ditch. While speaking to Wilson,the operator, Troopers detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Wilson was placed under arrest after failing multiple sobriety tests and transported to State Police Batavia where he provided a breath sample of .08 BAC.
Wilson was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Alabama Court for July 2018.
