ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Holley man charged with robbery and assault

On June 21, 2018, Deputy Stirk, assisted by Deputy Fox, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Scott Davis, 30, of Holley, with robbery 3rd, assault 3rd, petit larceny and menacing 3rd. Davis was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court and remanded to the jail on $4,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.

 

On June 15, 2018, Deputy White, assisted by Sergeant Foeller, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Christopher Johnston, 42, of Albion, with disorderly conduct-obscene language/gestures. Johnston was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court

 

On June 17, 2018, Sergeant Doyle, assisted by Deputy Riemer and Deputy Hazel, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Jacob Vick, 24, of Waterport, with DWI, Operating with a BAC of .08% or more and several traffic violations. Vick was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court.

 

On June 24, 2018, at the Albion Walmart, Sergeant Colonna, assisted by Deputy Marsceill, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Hannah Wolfe, 35, of Medina, with petit larceny. Wolfe was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.

 

On June 27, 2018, Deputy Barnum, assisted by Sergeant Doyle, of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Joseph Freeman, 34, of Lyndonville, with false personation. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Gaines Court.

On July 4, 2018, Sergeant Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, charged Jennifer Tuttle, 54, of Barre, with criminal trespass 2nd. Tuttle was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court.
