WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Buffalo man charged during traffic stop for speeding

Anthony Hahn III, 28, of Buffalo, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of Sheldon on July 6, 2018.

Hahn was stopped for driving 78 MPH where the posted speed limit is 55 MPH.

He failed road side sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI.

Hahn was administered a breath test which showed his BAC to be above 0.08%. Hahn is charged with DWI, driving with a blood alcohol content 0.08% or higher, refusal to take a road side alcohol pre screen device, possession of open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, and speed above 55 MPH.

Hahn was released on appearance tickets, and he is to appear in the Town of Sheldon Court at a later date.

 

 

George R. Schulze, 56, of West Valley, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 98 in the Town of Arcade on July 12, 2018.

Schulze was found to have a forged certificate of inspection on his windshield after being stopped for an expired certificate of inspection. Schulze was also found to be drinking a beer while driving.

Schulze is charged with displayed forged certificate of inspection, uninspected motor vehicle, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Schulze was released from the scene and is scheduled to answer the charges on August 9, 2018 in the Town of Arcade Court.
