Shawn B. Springsteen, 53, of Fitchett St., Poughkeepsie, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st following a domestic incident at a truck stop on Rt. 77 in the Town of Pembroke on July 18, 2018.
Springsteen allegedly violated an order of protection by being in the presence of the protected party at 8484 Alleghany Road.
Springsteen was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.
He is due back in court on August 2, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Maurice D. Doleman Sr.,49, of Killian Rd., Pembroke, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, illegal signal less than 100 feet and driver’s view obstructed after a traffic stop on Killian road in Pembroke on July 17, 2018.
Doleman was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and released on recognizance.
He will re-appear in court on August 14, 2018 at 4:30p.m.
Andrea M. Gray, 40, of Lake St. LeRoy, is charged with criminal mischief/intent to damage property after an investigation into a complaint on East Main street on July 10, 2018.
Gray was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town on Batavia Court on July 30, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Jacob W. Klotzbach, 26, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation of a shoplifting complaint on 390 West Main street, Tops Supermarket, in the City of Batavia on July 16, 2018.
Klotzbach allegedly stole from the grocery store by passing all points of purchase with $22.67 worth of merchandise in a backpack.
Klotzbach was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in City Court on August 7, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
