GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Newark woman facing felony DWI charges after traffic stop in Darien

Lisa D. Ayres, 52, of Garfield St., Newark, NY, is charged with felony DWI/2 prior convictions within 10 years, felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, operating without an interlock device, refusal to take a breath test, unsafe turn without a signal, interfered with safe operation when passing on the left, and failure to yield s right of way on a left turn after a traffic stop  on McGregor road in the Town of Darien on July 21, 2018.

Ayres was arraigned in the Town of Darien Court and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.

Ayers is to re-appear in court on July 24, 2018 at 4:00p.m.

 

 

Kaitlin M. Penko, 22, of Ocean Reef, Willoughby, OH, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, failure to dim headlights, obstructed plates and stopping and standing on a highway after an investigation into a vehicle stopped on the roadway in the area of 9675 Colby Road in the Town of Darien on July 22, 2018.

Penko was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 21, 2018 at 4:00p.m.

 

 

Ricki L. Nersinger, 66, of Ireland road, Brockport, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and following too closely.

According to deputies, Nersinger was allegedly operating a motor vehicle intoxicated by alcohol and followed another vehicle too closely, which caused a motor vehicle accident.

Nersinger was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on August 28, 2018 at 4:30p.m.

 

 

Amy M. Guiles, 47, of N. Main St., Warsaw, is charged with harassment 2nd following the report of a physical disturbance at an address on Rt. 19 in the Village of Bergen on July 7, 2018.

Guiles allegedly struck the defendant multiple times with closed fists.

Guiles is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bergen Court on August 15, 2018.

 

Jonathan C. Shirley, 36, of Council House Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, was arrested following a complaint of a trespasser at an address on Bloomingdale road on July 21, 2018.

Shirley allegedly entered a dwelling twice unlawfully without the permission of the property owner.

Shirley is charged with 2 counts of criminal trespass 2nd.

Shirley was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
