Joshua M. Gaudioso, 29, of Genesee St. LeRoy, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 4th/previous felony conviction, after allegedly being found to be in possession of a shotgun while at an address on North Bergen road on July 20, 2018.
Gaudioso was arrested following an investigation and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or bond bail after appearing for arraignment in Bergen Town Court on July 26, 2018.
Anthony D. Micucci, 24, of Main Rd., Alexander, is charged with assault 3rd, menacing 3rd and endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation into a domestic incident in the Village of Alexander on July 25, 2018.
Micucci allegedly committed assault and menacing in front of a child and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on August 8, 2018 at 4:00p.m.
Tyler A. Stoddard, 23, of Meiser Rd., Corfu, was arrested after allegedly failing to appear in Genesee County Court on a bail jumping 3rd charge on November 18, 2016.
Stoddard was arraigned on the charges on July 25, 2018 in County Court and held without bail.
He will re-appear in court at a later date.
Kevin W. Howard, 18, of Bank St., was arrested for unlawful use of a motor vehicle 3rd following a complaint in LeRoy on July 26, 2018.
Howard allegedly took a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on September 3, 2018.
Amanda K. Shufelt, 31, of Locust St., Lockport, is charged with petit larceny following a complaint at Darien Lake on July 22, 2018.
Shufelt allegedly stole property from a gift shop located inside the theme park.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on July 31, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
Damian A. Weir, 37, of Branch Ln., East Stroudsburg, PA, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Veterans Memorial Drive on July 24, 2018.
Weir was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana on his person.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 14, 2018.
