The City of Batavia Police Department has identified a person of interest in the death of Raymond Morgan at 111 Liberty Street on the night of July 24, 2018. The Department is not releasing the person’s identity at this time due to the very active nature of this investigation. The person is currently in custody on an unrelated matter.
No further information will be released at this time.
